My weeks run Fri-Thurs because Friday morning is my "weigh in". :)

Sunday: 40 min yard work
Wednesday: Field day- standing/walking all morning, carrying equipment, etc.
Thursday: Field day- standing/walking all morning, carrying equipment, etc.
Nutrition
Fri & Sat: Not great, fast food, overate
Sun: reasonable
Mon: 200cal breakfast, 475cal lunch, 400cal snacks, 950cal dinner = 2025 calories (within range)
Tues: reasonable with the exception of 2+ servings of doritoes
Wednesday: reasonable breakfast, fatty lunch :(, light dinner
Thursday: reasonable breakfast, reasonable lunch,
