Damn Cookies.

I've survived halfway through Girl Scout Cookie season with my sanity intact (not something I could say a year ago!)... my diet however... not so much. GOT TO GET BACK ON TRACK!! I'm really going to push over vacation week. I'll have people there seeing what I eat (always helpful for me!) and 24-hour family to care for the kids. I should be able to stick to my food and exercise plan better than usual. Hopefully I can catch up to my goal!!! Send me strength!! <3

woohoo!

I weighed in this morning and was pleased with this week's loss... but even more so when I realized that I've lost 11 pounds since new years. Woohoo!! Bring on February!
