Weigh in day

I "only" lost one pound this week- but I know that is because I did not exercise and I ate too much chocolate.  ;o)  Two things that are easily fixed.  I gave into some emotional eating as well- not as eaily fixed, but at least identifiable.  My average is still over a pound a week- and I'm at almost 3% weight lost already this year!  The show goes on.  <3
